At MRCAPA, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. If you need to return a product, please carefully review the conditions below.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, with no signs of wear, damage, or scratches

  • Be returned in its original packaging, when applicable

  • Include all accessories and items originally sent

Products that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer.

Defective Products

If the product presents a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact our support team within 7 calendar days after receiving the item, informing the issue and, if possible, providing photos or videos for analysis.

Once the defect is confirmed, MRCAPA may offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • An exchange for another product available in stock

Shipping Costs

  • In cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors, MRCAPA will cover the return shipping costs.

  • In cases of change of mind or order cancellation, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, using the same payment method originally selected. The time for the amount to appear on the customer’s statement may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
